We 💙our author visit with @ian_curran_ for @WorldBookDayUK. We’ve had a wonderful workshop where we learnt all about rhyming couplets and then some of us performed in assembly at the end of the day. @Year2Discovery #inspiring #improving

We have a fun World Book Day. The children enjoyed being in their house teams. They all enjoyed the book hunt, drama and great stories. They all looked amazing g and had a lot of fun!

To celebrate #WorldBookDay2025, we’ve decided to have a reading week @Discovery_Hyde. We started in assembly with @Year2Discovery. Then went into our author themed house teams and completed a carousel of activities. Here’s some photos of the book scavenger hunt in the library.
