@KuuTuber My understanding is they think everyone in night city has a shitty life. Not everyone is like V and David. Roman is young and lives an arguably more comfy life than David did. Seeing as Roman isnt stuck in a megabuilding like David was. Season two was amazing imo

And his dad is still alive and works. Hes living comfortably compared to David and hes still a kid. He hadn't seen half the stuff David did. He hardly has any chrome. People need tk understand not evey story in night city is like David or V. Its such a vast city.

People shitting on season two still. I saw a good point on why its so different from season one and thats who we follow. David lived in a megabuilding. Even if he went to Arasaka academy he was at the lowest of the food chain. Roman lives in what seems to be a normal house

People really gotta stop shitting on S2. I just saw a post saying S2 was made for people who like kids? Are we forgetting that David was 17 at the start of S1 and then after the time skip turned 18?. Roman is a perfectly fine protagonist and I will DIE on that hill. Kid has swag

And i saw someone saying roman was a bad protagonist. No the fuck he isn't? I personally loved him. Not every protagonist has to be the main star like David or V. Its a different approach and I felt it was amazing

To add further. I will admit compared to cyberpunk itself and edgerunners season 1. It wasn't nearly as dark but that doesnt diminish it. Night city has many sides and yes there's never a happy ending in night city but nothing is to say that its fully over for their story

I dont get the edgerunners s2 hate. Just finished it and it wasnt that bad at all. Of course it isn't gonna be like s1. Season two is its OWN story entirely and it was amazing
