And yes they can see from what IP you log in, and when you e.g. are from the US, use US payment method and normally log in from the US and then suddenly log in briefly with a VPN and an IP from Japan and purchase with US payment method, they can see and will see that.

@mrpokke Sorry to hear you have to go through this. I learned a long time ago from my father, that money is the only force in the world that can reliably destroy any type of relationship, even the closest one. For the future, lend only with something signed and properly verified PII.

Made it to the U.S. just a few days ago, and so far, it has been an interesting experience. I've been to Liberty State Park already (on an extremely rainy day). One thing is for sure, many people in NJ can't really drive :D Also requested SSN which was smooth compared to Germany
