we are having a game night with @AbstractChain this wednesday 10th june at 15:30 EST / 21:30 CET.
tune in to learn more & play with us.
all you need is a gigling to play & we will give out several live during the event
check out the details here -> https://t.co/qMUGoEkzeV
Want to reveal your Giglings' traits faster through custom races on @playgigaverse ?
Create a custom race, set the entry fee to 0, and choose how many Giglings will participate.
Then select Allowed Entrants and enter your wallet address.
That's it.
Only your Giglings will be able to join the race, making it an easy way to reveal stats and traits without competing against other players.
Gigling Racing launched less than 48 hrs ago.
Already seeing 2100 completed races, and now approaching 25000 transactions.
There’s no automation services for the game yet (maybe will be once we launch the hackathon) so it’s p crazy to see this lvl of organic activity.
A few days ago, Gigling Races launched on @AbstractChain ✳️
Yesterday, I played the new game on my stream, dug into the mechanics & really enjoyed it.
Here is a starter guide for everyone who wants to start playing & winning with their Giglings 👇
- Your pet's rarity & faction matter a lot. Rarity affects trait count & stat rolls. Higher rarity = better stats + more traits.
At the start of every race, each Gigling's four core stats are rolled based on its base stats. Better rarity = a higher floor for those rolls. Stats are revealed gradually as you race your Gigling.
Traits are special abilities that activate under specific conditions. For instance, a knack for shrugging off bad track conditions. Better rarity = more traits. Each trait unlocks every 5 races played on a Gigling.
Depending on your faction, your Gigling may receive boosts on specific parts of the track. For example, if your Gigling belongs to the Athena faction, stepping onto a matching track section can improve its performance.
- Track preferences (cold, average, hot), traits & stats are revealed gradually as you race. So take notes, especially on track preferences, as you can only see them while racing. Watch your stats & wait for the first trait to be revealed (traits unlock every 5 races played on a single Gigling).
That’s why I suggest playing your first games in free mode to practice, take notes & learn more about your pet.
- Every Gigling has a limited number of races. For now, the cap is 60 races. After that, it can no longer participate in races & can only be used for breeding. Keep this in mind & use your pets wisely.
- Use items: Dung & Butterflies. Dung slows down opponents, while Butterflies boost your own Gigling. Items are queued, so make sure to use them in advance & with consideration for track conditions.
- Finishing in higher positions earns more Derby Stubs (which give Abstract XP). If you are racing in ETH staked races, you will also have a chance to win a share of the jackpot pool if you finish in first place.
Hope this practical advice helps & see you on the track!

Gigling Racing is live from @playgigaverse! Been toying around since launch, here's the deal:
Users create races and enter their Giglings. You don't need to have a Gigaverse account to join, but you do to create a race. There's an ongoing jackpot and winning a race gives you a shot to win.
What I'm impressed with so far is how user-driven everything is. You can configure almost everything about a race from buy-in to payouts, length, entry requirements, etc.
The game itself is more meta/management. You learn more about your Giglings as you race them, and creating/entering races where they'll do well is the most important factor in winning.
There's a LOT of depth actually, with stats, traits, race conditions, etc. and I'm interested to see how it plays out across the whole economy - items can be used in-game to buff/nerf, and Gigling traits are viewable on OS. If the game gains traction, we could see a lot of factors moving at once!
There is a separate XP pool for this (like MoG) so it has the potential to be a real driver. Team has said this first week will be a bit of a beta test and adjustments are actively being made.
GLHF, happy racing!
i finally picked a winner in @playgigaverse gigling racing! this giga archon might be going places
first impression:
chaotic! gotta dung fast, and butterfly harder!
reveal seems a tad slow imo, but a really fun game mode! first real pvp in gigaverse
Need to check the stats but so far we’re seeing a very good blend of both free races, and races for stakes.
Races can be customized to include the use of items (as boosts & deboosts) or not… so far it seems everyone is happy to fling dung at each other.
Dungverse.
hiyah! lets race starting this thrusday!
i may host a few surprise races with personal bonus prizes throughout the week from launch.
will post about those here on x so keep an eye out.
