Changed in our plan we need to use the train tickets on 14/08/2026 instead for the same route . Is this possible ?

@greateranglia Same thing was promised last time. Please do something about it .
We feel like stansted and Cambridge line are VIP ,although the monthly ticket is almost the same.... we also have feelings you know 🙄

@greateranglia we are aware this an incident caused this cancellation 😞, however would you please explain why always Herts East line is less prioritised , all trains are working except hears East cancelling more than 4 trains ??? We pay almost same fair for Stanstead and Cambr
