@FlixBus Sad to see me go??? You cancelled the trip! This is unacceptable. Glad I am able to make alternate plans this late in the game. At 7:30am I got an email "Thanks for booking" at 5:30pm "Sorry we had to cancel". My bus was at 3:25am tomorrow. #thisisunreal#unreliable

Traveling by bus? Do yourself a favour DO NOT ride @megabus the bus was late over an hour, would have missed my connection. Had to drive to Toronto instead. Customer service told me "sorry but too bad" #badservice#badcustomerservice
