Sally Benson, a Kumasi-based beautician and CEO of Sally’s Cosmetics Studio and African’s Special Pub in Asokwa, has been beaten to death by her boyfriend, Francis Arthur, a 48-year-old businessman. The incident is said to have occurred at Arthur’s residence in Ayigya-Maxima following an argument after Sally visited him with a female friend upon hearing that another woman had been at the house.
During the confrontation, Arthur allegedly assaulted her until she collapsed and later transported her in her own vehicle to KNUST Hospital, where she was pronounced dead on arrival. He has since appeared before the Asokore Mampong District Court and was remanded into police custody, with his next court appearance scheduled for May 8, 2026. Sally’s father, Apostle Gabriel Oppong, is demanding justice and calling for the law to take its full course.

The idea of bringing people on board from all sides to deal with national issues in Ghana, started way back when Alan hadn’t left the Npp. Alan indeed is a Unifier - Dr Abu Sakara.

I have an undisputable track record of creating jobs for youth in Ghana.
One initiative that I developed was the Youth Owned Companies program. I put together groups of young people, about 40 to 50 to establish medium scale agro processing companies.
Under my direction government provided these youth owned companies with seed money to buy equipment, working capital and technical management support to ensure they were able to operate efficiently and profitably.
If we continue such an initiative it will provide thousands of youth jobs and opportunities to build a better future as business owners.

Under my leadership as president, in the first two years, there will be no duties on spare parts imports. This will lower costs for businesses and car users, ultimately reducing transport fares and food prices.
Join me in this movement for change and let's build a prosperous future for Ghana together.
