@TLRailUK This morning my Keycard slightly cracked; able to leave at Blackfriars this morning as guard let me through. This evening at Farringdon guard wouldn’t let me through despite me showing proof of a monthly ticket so have had to pay extra for journey home - HELP!! 1/2
