@ediz1975 Plenty of other similar places do allow cycling. Its often arbitary whether or not a council bod has decided to ban it. No issue as long as he doesn't hit anyone and go too fast. I can't stand this nanny state "rules are rules set in stone by the gods and must be obeyed" attitude
