I respect their right to strike and can live with a delay, but I too need reassurance that my document is not lost!

@BTB100@RoyalMail Does your tracking say it actually arrived at the Leeds sorting office? Mine, apparently, never left the local post office. International tracked as well, I wonder what the backlog is like in Leeds at the moment.

I went there in person, and they confirmed everything got collected that same evening. So @RoyalMailHelp are not scanning tracked items. Whether they are moving or not, who knows?
