@Sxnt1_Sxndxval I 100% agree with you, mom of 3 here. Not saying my kids never cried or tried to misbehave … I either walked and rocked them or disciplined them. They also knew consequences for their actions. But I also had fun new games,
Coloring or treats for them to keep busy!

Details are now emerging about the U.S. special operations rescue mission to extract the downed F-15E weapons systems officer from hostile territory inside Iran — and this was a 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐛𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.
The WSO ejected after the F-15E Strike Eagle was sh∗t down over Iran on April 3. He was wounded but could still walk — and he 𝐞𝐯𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐚 𝐝𝐚𝐲 while Iranian Revolutionary Guard forces hunted him. The pilot had been rescued hours earlier, but the IRGC struck a U.S. Blackhawk during that extraction, wounding crew members.
When the special forces team went in for the WSO, 𝐚𝐭 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐔.𝐒. 𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭 𝐠𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐜𝐤 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 and had to be destroyed to prevent it from falling into Iranian hands. Roads around the extraction zone were deliberately taken out — creating 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐣𝐚𝐦𝐬 as Iranian forces tried to respond. IRGC units and besieged forces were scrambling to reach the area, but they couldn’t get through.
As the Fox News correspondent described it: “𝘑𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘥𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘢 𝘰𝘧 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘭𝘰𝘤𝘬 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘩𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘦𝘮𝘺 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘤𝘶𝘦.”
Commanders made the call to fly in 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭 to extract all U.S. military personnel and 𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐰 𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐬 rather than leave them behind. Every American made it out alive — no U.S. casualties in the rescue operation.
This is what American military capability looks like in a real-world hostile extraction. Wounded airman evading capture behind enemy lines for 24+ hours. Special operators going deep into hostile territory under fire. Destroying their own equipment rather than letting the enemy have it. Roads cratered to slow the enemy response. And 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐞 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞.
𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐠𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐜𝐤. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝. 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐰 𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐬. 𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞. 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐀𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚.
🚨🚨 Massive Nebraska wildfires have burned over 800,000 acres.
Generational ranches have been devastated. Farmers and ranchers from around the country are sending hay and feed, to help their brothers, This is what we do as real Americans, we stand together, like this convoy heading to Nebraska. God Bless these amazing people.
Senator John Kennedy lays out his three key points on the Iran conflict...and it quickly turns into a stand-up routine.
KENNEDY: “Sean, in the words of Congresswoman Omar — I love you like a brother.”
“And I want you to understand I’m not trying to dodge your question, but I just want to answer it a little differently.”
“I don’t hate anyone, but I will shed no tears for Ayatollah Khamenei.”
“He won the coin toss, and he elected to receive. And boy did he receive.”
“May he rest in pieces.”
“He died with the blood of millions under his fingernails.”
Number two: “To defeat adversaries in today’s world, you need military power. But it takes more than that — you need political will.”
“I have watched five, six, seven presidents refuse to stand up to the Ayatollah.”
“President Trump has. He’s got political will. He’s got Oranges.”
“And like him or not, the world is safer today because of what he has done.”
Number three: “Any fair-minded person has to believe the people running Iran are religious zealots.”
“They are nuts!”
“Iran was never going to stop its quest for a nuclear weapon.”
“And if these zealots — ten exits past normal — ever get a nuclear warhead, they’re going to use it.”
Exiled Iranian women in the Netherlands cry tears of joy after the U.S. bombed Iran, and the Islamic regime may be in its final days.
Fuck all the leftists who want to deny them the right to live freely in their homeland again.
Dear Sir.. as a Florida Native.. I would like to say that going after Publix may be the single most antii-Florida anyone could do. Just like Beaches, gators and Sunshine, Publix defines who we are.
You write for a rag that daily seeks to belittle Florida and Floridians, and now you want to take shots at Publix? II am not sure what audience you think you are entertaining..
Publix employees more Floridians than any other company in the state. More people that were raised here got their first job from Publix. Department managers make more than some 4 year degrees make. Publix provides the jobs that pay the bills for hundreds of thousands of hard working families across the state. Publix was my first job, and it was my sons.
Publix buys Florida agriculture goods, vegetables, dairy. Publix produces their goods IN Florida, employing more people in second tier manufacturing to bring FLORIDA good to FLORIDA consumers. Farmers survive due to Publix.
After storms, Publix is there. A few years backs when Hurricane Michael hit as a Cat 5 in Panama City.. when the storm passed.. we have hundreds of electrical utility trucks moving down I-10 to help, and right behind them with a Highway Patrol escourt? It was Mother Fucking Publix! in a convoy of semi's ready to help theiir neighbors.. FLORIDIANS, and they didn't ask if you were a customer or not. Trader Joe's didn't show up, Amazon didn't show up.. the Orlando Sentinel didn't show up, except to take pictures they could try to make money off of. After a storm and Publix shows up.. it's like FLORIDA has shown up. Seeing that truck meant the state of Florida hadn't forgotten about you.
We need Publix a hell of a lot more than we will ever need you of the Orlando Sentinel. And if the state want's to give them a tax break due to the MASSIVE revenue they bring into the state and the people they employee? So freaking be it.
Attacking Publix? dude.. thats not a hill you want to die on, but die on it you will.
@Publix making FLORIDA a Pleasure.
@unhealthytruth Yeah Jax has been pretty cold and I haven’t had to run taps at all but I’ve seen several people who have had burst pipes in local area.
In addition Savannah also set school record for most saves in a season with 130 (7 shutouts) and made the All PBC tournament team in addition to 2nd team All Conference. What a fantastic freshman year!
