اگر آپ ان لوگوں سے ہمدردی کا اظہار کریں گے تو پھر کسی انتہائی تکلیف دہ خبر کے لیے تیار ہوجائیے۔ یہ لوگ اگر کمزور اور مجبور ہیں تو میدان چھوڑ دیں۔ گھر چلیں جائیں۔ کسی استحکام پارٹی ، کسی مسلم لیگ میں چلے جائیں ، کوئی اور جماعت بنالیں ، لیکن جن چوروں کیساتھ نا عمران خان اقتدار سے پہلے بیٹھا ، نا اقتدار کے دوران بیٹھا نا اقتدار کے بعد بیٹھا ان کیساتھ بیٹھنے سے گریز کریں۔ سختی زیادہ ہے تو سہولت کاری کرنے کی بجائے پارلیمنٹ اور عہدے چھوڑ دیں۔ عوام اپنا رستہ خود نکال لیں گے۔ حالات اپنی قیادت خود پیدا کرلیں گے۔

اس بدبخت انسان کو نومئی کو شہید ہونے والے تحریک انصاف کے درجنوں کارکنان دکھائی نہیں دیے۔ اس بے حس کو چھبیس نومبر کا قتل عام دکھائی نہیں دیا۔ اس شعور سے اندھے کو ہزاروں گھروں پر چھاپے یاد نہیں۔ اس بے ضمیر شخص کو معلوم نہیں کہ تحریک انصاف کے جلسے کا اعلان پشاور یا کراچی میں ہوتا ہے تو پنجاب اور کشمیر میں بھی متحرک کارکنان کو اغواء کرکے تھانوں میں بٹھا لیا جاتا ہے۔

تحریک لبیک کے لوگ احتجاج کے لیے نکلنے تو لاشیں سڑکوں پر پڑی تھیں اور کوئی اٹھانے والا نہ تھا۔ تحریک انصاف کے لانگ مارچز پر شیلنگ بھی ہوئی اور فائرنگ بھی۔ نومئی کے بعد تو جس قسم کی بربریت کا مظاہرہ کیا گیا اس کا عشر عشیر بھی دنیا کو معلوم نہیں۔ لیکن اس بدبخت کو وہ سب معلوم ہے۔ ایسا خوف پھیلایا گیا اور ایسی ایسی گری ہوئی حرکتیں کی گئیں کہ لوگ مجبور ہوگئے۔ لوگ خوفزدہ ہوگئے۔ ننگی ویڈیوز بھی اس خوف کا ہتھیار تھا برہنہ کرکے کرنٹ لگانا بھی خوف پھیلانے کا طریقہ۔ رہنماؤں اور کارکنان کی بہنوں بیٹیوں کے گھروں میں بھی چھاپے مارے گئے۔

اس بدبخت کو پتہ ہے کہ لوگ اس وحشت کے ہاتھوں خوفزدہ ہوگئے۔ لیکن جب جب لوگوں کو موقع ملا انہوں نے اپنا فیصلہ سنایا اور آٹھ فروری جیسے معرکے برپا کیے۔ یہ بدبخت انسان ڈرے ہوئے اور خوفزدہ انسانوں کی بے بسی کو کچوکے لگاتا ہے۔ ان پر طنز کے وار کررہا ہے۔ اس وحشت کو سیاسی گیند بازی کے لیے استعمال کررہا ہے۔ یہ خوف ہمیشہ نہیں رہے گا۔ یہ وہی خوف ہے جو بلوچستان میں بلوچوں کی جوتیوں کی نیچے چپکا ہوا ہے۔ بس ہم دعا کرتے ہیں کہ کہیں اس ملک میں وہ نوبت نا آجائے ، پورا ملک ویسے حالات سے دوچار نہ ہوجائے ، ورنہ جن غاصبوں کو یہ بدبخت انسان جواز گھڑ گھڑ کے دے رہا ہے انکی وقعت مقبولیت اور پذیرائی کے خانے میں اس وقت کسی نالی میں گرے ہوئے شاپر سے بھی کمتر ہے۔

Not sure about the relevance, or even the necessity, of this statement. This is something for the government to respond to, so why is the PTI media wing so intent on highlighting Bajwa’s alleged lobbying efforts against Imran Khan and PTI, while at the same time reinforcing the narrative that PTI is an anti-American party?
It brings to mind another unnecessary protest by PTI lawmakers a few months ago, where anti-American slogans were raised. Opposition to the Abraham Accords should be the government’s concern—or perhaps the concern of the establishment in Pindi, which spent years cultivating anti-American sentiment among the public while simultaneously cashing petrodollars on the other side.
Shouldn’t the PTI media wing focus instead on more pressing domestic and real issues? For instance, the recent revelation that this regime has collected more in fuel levies alone than the total relief package secured from the IMF.

On the Cipher, the Coverup, and the Consequences:

Drop Site News published a document, claiming that it is the original Cipher I-0678 dated 7 March 2022, and it came from a military source. The world now believes that this is the smoking gun. Let's dissect it from there.

Pakistan's establishment spent four years suppressing, prosecuting people over it, claiming that it did not exist. The truth was forced out not from within Pakistan, but by an American investigative outlet. That fact alone is the indictment.

Donald Lu told Pakistan's Ambassador plainly: “All will be forgiven in Washington”, if the no-confidence motion against PM @ImranKhanPTI succeeded, while warning of isolation if it did not. This was not diplomacy. It was a threat and a bribe, delivered in the same breath, to a sovereign nation's ambassador. The NSC in its two meetings clearly stated that this amounted to unacceptable and blatant interference in the internal affairs of Pakistan and that the Govt. rightly issued a démarche.

On 12 May 2022, I as President formally wrote to CJP Umar Bandial requesting a Judicial Commission, open hearings, full investigation and truth be placed on record. This was published in all newspapers. (Please read the letter below, every word carries historic weight in world affairs of this nature).

CJP received that letter. Did not comment. Did not act. The judiciary's silence marked the beginning of its institutional surrender. Had that Commission been constituted, these questions would have been answered under oath: who received the cipher, who acted upon it, who domestically facilitated the foreign signal, and which institutions of the Pakistani state collaborated in the removal of an elected prime minister.

Pakistan would have had the truth. A man who warned the nation would not have been imprisoned on false charges arising from the very document the state refused to investigate. Instead, the nation got four years of compounding ruin.

A regime was not merely changed but democracy was dismantled, piece by piece, demolished with full institutional complicity at every level. Parliament was reduced to a 'stinking chamber of convenience'. PTI commanding the largest popular mandate in Pakistan's history had its electoral symbol stolen, its seats brazenly allocated to others by judicial decree, all to hand a 17-seat party, a fraudulent two-thirds majority.

PTI's workers were tried in military courts. Its voters were disenfranchised. Its leader imprisoned — on charges arising from the very document the state refused to examine. The 26th & 27th Amendments were coercively passed, turning the judiciary into a handmaiden of the executive, an instrument of crooked consolidation rather than a guardian of rights.

Now count the human cost. 44% of our people are below the poverty line, 105 million people that is 20 million more than in 2019. Real incomes have collapsed. GDP growth of barely 3% cannot keep pace with population, let alone absorb new labour. Terrorism is at its highest. Capital is leaving, not arriving. 22 million young Pakistanis are neither working nor studying, 25 million children are out of school. The direction is unambiguous: Pakistan is getting poorer, faster than ever.

These are not statistics. These are children going to bed hungry. Young men drowning on boats to shores that may kill them, because their own country is pushing them out. Mothers choosing between medicine and bread. Every single one of these human beings is a direct, traceable, forensic consequence of the decision made in April 2022 to subvert the democratic mandate of the Pakistani people. This is not an act of God. It is the price of a conspiracy with all its collaborators naked before the people.

Donald Lu issued a threat. He did not remove a government. Pakistanis removed a Pakistani government. General Bajwa in uniform. Some in robes. Some in ‘dastaar’. Corrupt politicians, some with deep pockets from Dubai. They chose a foreign signal over the people and the constitution they had sworn to protect. The perpetrators were not only foreign but local. Let that be stated plainly and permanently on the record.

To those who say, "this is the past, let us move forward", I say that: There is no investment without rule of law. There is no rule of law without an independent judiciary. And there is no independent judiciary that can be built upon the foundations of predominantly crooked judges. The path forward runs through the truth, not around it.

Pakistan's economic misery, its institutional decay, total corruption, national termites eating up everything, none of it is an act of God. It is the direct and traceable consequence of a criminal regime change, facilitated from without and executed from within.

The contents of the cipher as reported are now public. The record is clear. The usurpers remain in power orchestrating my country's misery. The only reasonable and just way forward is unambiguous: LEAVE and let my people LIVE.

It pains me to invoke Iqbal for those who betrayed this nation, but this verse is timeless:

🇵🇰🇸🇦 The pact Khan refused is the one that explains everything.

In 2021, while the CIA was pushing Khan for drone bases and Washington was getting increasingly fed up with Islamabad, Saudi Arabia was also knocking on Pakistan's door for a mutual defence pact. Khan said no to both. He saw them as red lines, commitments that would drag Pakistan into other people's wars and hand away whatever foreign policy independence the country still had.

The military watched him do this and decided he was a problem.

That's what fed into everything that followed. The lobbyist quietly hired behind Khan's back. The generals cutting their own deals. And eventually the cypher, Lu sitting across from Pakistan's ambassador in Washington and saying all will be forgiven if Khan goes. Thirty three days later, Khan was gone.

The first thing Munir did was start saying yes to everything Khan had said no to. The Saudi pact was signed in September 2025, the same pact Khan had been refusing for years. Confidential terms, both sides commit to defend each other if attacked. When asked whether it included nuclear weapons, one official said it was "a comprehensive defensive agreement that encompasses all military means." Make of that what you will.

By the time the Iran war started Pakistan had already moved 8,000 troops, 16 JF-17 jets, 2 drone squadrons and a Chinese HQ-9 air defence system into Saudi Arabia under that pact. Saudis foot the bill, Pakistanis run the gear. The pact allows for up to 80,000 troops if things escalate. All of this happening while Islamabad was busy telling the world it was a neutral peacemaker.

The cypher was never just about Ukraine or Putin. It was about getting rid of a prime minister who kept saying no and replacing him with one who would say yes to everything. The Saudi pact is what that looks like three years later.
Khan is still in a cell. Munir is Trump's favorite Field Marshal. And Saudi Arabia has a nuclear armed ally it could never get while Khan was in charge.

The cable did exactly what it was sent to do.

🇵🇰 The man Khan fired is now running Pakistan's nukes.

Think about that for a second. Munir was sacked by Khan in 2019 after just eight months as ISI chief. Eight months. Khan threw him out after he went to Tehran with the Pakistani delegation and blew up the room, went completely off the script the government had agreed on internally, used language with Iranian officials that had no business being used, and actively wrecked what could have been a genuine step toward better Pakistan-Iran ties. Iran complained directly to Khan. Khan fired him.

That same man now controls 170 nuclear warheads with zero institutional checks left standing.

What happened between getting fired and getting the keys is the part that should make every Pakistani furious. After the sacking, Munir allegedly flew to London and sat down with Nawaz Sharif, who was conveniently living in self imposed exile at the time. Khan called it the London Plan. The deal as Khan described it was straightforward, Munir gets army chief, Khan's government gets taken apart, his party gets destroyed, the judiciary plays along. Sounds insane until you watch it happen exactly like that, step by step, over the next three years.

Munir became army chief in November 2022 in a process multiple reports said involved heavy consultations with the same Nawaz Sharif sitting in London. Within months Khan was arrested. Shariar waltzed back into Pakistan in October 2023 and had most of his convictions vacated almost overnight. By February 2024 his brother was prime minister, the elections were rigged openly and Washington and Brussels said nothing.

Then Munir really got to work. He promoted himself to Field Marshal, invented a brand new title of Chief of Defence Forces, and passed the 27th Constitutional Amendment scrapping the Nuclear Command Authority that had existed since 2000. That authority existed for one reason, to make sure no single person could ever make a nuclear decision alone. It required the prime minister, the joint chiefs, the service chiefs, all in the room. All of that is now gone. Munir replaced it with the National Strategic Command, headed by himself, answerable to nobody above him. The prime minister's only remaining role is to appoint people Munir recommends.

Pakistan has 170 nuclear warheads. Every single one of them now answers to one man.

Khan, the man who saw all of this coming and tried to stop it, has been rotting in a cell for nearly 3 years. And Munir gets called "my favorite Field Marshal" by Trump.

میں یہ سمجھتا ہوں کہ عمران خان کی اسیری کا زمہ دار ان میں سے کوئی فرد نہیں بلکہ بین الاقوامی اسٹیبلیشمنٹ کی ایماء پر برسرپیکار عاصم منیر، قانونی و غیر قانونی طور پر اس کے ماتحت آنے والے ادارے اور اسکے اشاروں پر ناچنے والی سیاسی قوتیں ہیں۔ مگر کیا عمران خان اپنی ذات کے لیے مقید ہے کہ اس کی رہائی کے لیے اپنی پوری قوت سے کوشش کرنا بھی کسی کا فرض نہیں ہے؟ قیادت سے لیکر قوم تک کسی کا بھی نہیں؟
تحفظ آئین پاکستان مہینوں بعد ایک بیٹھک منعقد کرنے کا فیصلہ خود کر سکتی ہے،سی ایم جلسے کا اعلان اور پھر ملتوی خود کر سکتا ہے، اراکین اسمبلی شادیوں اور دعوتوں میں مخالفین کے ساتھ بیٹھنے کا فیصلہ خود کر سکتے ہیں، مارکوپولو بن کر دنیا کے چکر لگانے کا فیصلہ خود کر سکتے ہیں،سیاسی کمیٹی خود کو “محب وطن” ثابت کرنے کے لیے ایمرجنسی اجلاس بلا سکتی ہے،تنظیمیں عہدوں کے نئے نئے نوٹیفیکشن کرسکتی ہیں،صوبائی حکومت فارم ۴۷ وزیراعظم اور صدر کے ساتھ بیٹھ سکتی ہے، کور کمانڈر ہاؤس کا رخ کر سکتی ہے لیکن جب عمران خان کا سوال ہو تو سیاسی کمیٹی کا جواب ہوتا ہے تحفظ آئین پاکستان، ان کا جواب ہوتا ہے پی ٹی آئی قیادت، قیادت فیملی کا نام لیتی ہے اور پھر سی ایم پر بات آجاتی ہے اور یہی سلیم اللہ سے کلیم اللہ اور کلیم اللہ سے سلیم اللہ چلتا رہتا ہے۔تو جب سارے فیصلے اپنے طور پر کیے جا سکتے ہیں تو تحریک کا فیصلہ کیوں نہیں؟ محض اس کے لیے عمران خان کی ہدایت درکار ہے اور جہاں عمران خان کی ہدایات میسر ہیں وہاں حیلے بے شمار ہیں۔ مان لیتے ہیں کہ منزل ایک ہے لیکن طریقہ کار مختلف ہے تو ایک دن کے نوٹس پر آپ سب ایک چھت کے نیچے بیٹھ کر مشترکہ اجلاس بلا کر عملی جدوجہد کا فیصلہ کر سکتے ہیں اور ادھر ہی مشترکہ پریس کانفرنس کا انعقاد بھی ہوسکتا ہے۔ چلو یہ بھی مان لیتے ہیں کہ زیادہ تر تحریک کے حق میں ہیں تو کچے دھاگے توڑنے کے لیے اجلاس کو لائیو نشر کیجئے ویسے بھی کونسا ایٹم بم کا فارمولہ ڈسکس ہونا ہے تو جو بھی رکاوٹ ہوگی قوم خود اسٹیبلیشمنٹ کے ساتھ ان کا بھی احتساب کر لے گی۔
ہمیں تو گراونڈ ریلئٹی نہیں معلوم ناں تو بس پبلکی مشورہ دے دیا کیونکہ خان صاحب کی بیماری کے وقت میں نے ایک وائس نوٹ میں وہ تمام تجاویز دہرائے جو میں قیادت کو بارہا بھیج چکا تھا، نا ہی کوئی کال دی نا ہی کوئی فیصلہ کیا لیکن خان صاحب کے لیے کچھ کرنے کے بجائے مجھے قیادت و صوبائی حکومت نے پیغام بھجوایا کہ آپ کے ایک وائیس نوٹ سے تحریک کو Irreversible نقصان ہوا ہے۔ سیریسلی؟ اور یہ میرے ساتھ پہلی مرتبہ نہیں ہوا۔۔
تین سال بہت لمبا عرصہ ہوتا ہے وہ بھی ناحق اسیری اور عمران خان جیسا لیڈر۔ چار سال مجھے ہوگئے پہلے دربدر اور پھر مستقل اور پھر روپوشی بھی ایسی کہ کوئی ایک ہفتہ بھی نہ گزار سکے۔ آج صرف مل بیٹھ کر ایک جہد مسلسل کی گزارش کر رہا ہوں اگر نہیں ہو رہا آپ سے تو جیسا آپ ہمارے بیانیہ کا بوجھ نہیں اٹھا سکتے ہم آپ کی غفلت کا بوجھ نہیں اٹھا سکتے۔ اور یہ جو کرنل سے مل کر ایک دوسرے کو مشورے دیتے ہو کہ خان تو جیل میں ہی رہے گا مراد سعید تو پاگل ہے نہ اپنی پرواہ نہ کسی اور کی وہ تو جب بھی نظر آیا مارا جائے گا اپنی زندگی کیوں خراب کرتے ہو تو اتنا کہوں گا اللہ آپ کو مزید آسانیاں دے لیکن ہمارے مقصد ہماری جدوجہد اور ہماری زندگیوں کی قیمت پر نہیں بالکل بھی نہیں۔ کوئی فیصلہ کیجیے-
