@sfmcguire79 Read their statutes. Faculty often assume they are omnipotent… though often incompetent, who would dare question their supremacy? They’re often surprised adults wrote the actual bylaws. Then again, maybe these institutions handed keys to inmates. PhDs can do anything, right?
@JonahDispatch Thank you. Especially since the wave of jihadi cosplay on college campuses, the parade of academics and administrators in higher education blathering on about how much they have learned from their students begs the question: so what are they for,? And at these prices? Obtuse.
@smerconish … past few years, the left has argued convincingly that money is not speech. Troubling to see the same folks argue that seizing buildings, encampments, calls for the elimination of a country, and various awful slogans are not merely free speech but also “peaceful”.
Hear, hear, Ms. Mason! To you and Mr. Nichols’ point that we need at some point to stop pretending we are all victims of media/social media or systemic bogeymen. Enough with the learned helplessness. Bring back grown ups. Read a book. @JulieMasonShow1
@smerconish great discussion this morning per usual. Mr. Smerconish is providing a public service with these discussions. A book recommendation for further reading here: Michael Walzer’s definitive Just and Unjust Wars https://t.co/BWz1om9bHR
@JimGaffigan In calling it out, you have done something brave and honorable on social media. Brace yourself for the nincompoop tidal wave. The fanatics cannot tolerate being seen for what they are. They have no place in America. Jewish friends: know that murder will never again be ignored.
