@cllr_thomas I was there at the last local election in Caerphilly. I can honestly say you come across as a very self centred and obnoxious man. And I’m not even left wing.
Over five years:
The cost of the English houses of parliament is £2.8 bn.
The cost of the English monarchy is £1.75 bn+.
The bank of England used £65 bn to rescue the pound.
£21 bn was lost by the Tories to fraud during the pandemic.
Westminster is a financial drain.
After a year of Bank holidays (strangely, none of which affected the economic output of the UK), March 1st is still not a holiday in Wales (for economic reasons).
An independent Wales would have the power to designate any day of the year to be a holiday (yes, including today😀)
A YESrhymni meeting will be taking place at RHYMNEY HOUSE on Thursday the 23rd of February at 19.30
New faces especially welcome to help grow the cause 🏴✊🏼
When people ask why we are standing on railway stations, this is what we say:
We will be on stations, in towns and in our pubs for every Wales game We live in an area where 40% of our children live in poverty. This isn't a dream for us, it is the only way forward for us @YesCymru
