Loving someone who is dead inside is emotional necrophilia. A curated timeline of stray thoughts/musings in case I get amnesia & need to reboot my personality.
My greatest claim to fame is creating this tweet that was screenshot, liked, resurged in popularity as video, and shared by millions of people in deathcore/metal spaces. The sad part? The original only has about 3 likes. I am proud of it.
@ladyperpetuall Lenny never had a chance to be endgame, his daughter was generous with his estate to be used in the show and he was the best character in the show, but as a real person they were a doomed scenario
As a kid, I thought Krillin’s name referred to “Krill” (as in Shrimp or Shrimp-like, because he is short for the whole series) and his daughter was named Marron as a reference to “Camarón” (Spanish for “Shrimp”, for her father). Turns out their names are references to Chestnuts🫠
For the life of me I believe I saw an episode of Yu-Yu Hakusho on Toonami when I was like 10 where the Main 4 saw a skeleton enemy re-animate with the skull in the crotch area, and the voice of Yusuke said something like “That’s a look for The Ladies” but I can’t find it anywhere
Showed my wife Cleo because I thought it was a funny concept, she asked me to draw her and Caesar like this. Originally was going to have him laying on one of those tiny pizza box table things but I couldn’t work the proportions. 3 point perspective was new for me.
I’m willing to bet, in an alternate Universe where an evil Invincible is from, Conquest is living peacefully with his dogs in the mountains of Utah. He’s given up the violent life. But he still eats raw hearts, he buys cow hearts from the butcher like a normal person.
@raindropsloki Vaguely remember that like 50% of the script is “Robert De Niro is in this, here’s a reference to a movie he was in. Pretty cool, eh? Do you get it?” And the other 50% was just rehashing the character dynamics of the first two movies but worse.
