@paywithflex WEEKS trying to get an FSA receipt. Reps corrected my email but didn't migrate my order. My portal is blank, agents just send copy-paste scripts telling me to log in. They ignore me. Can a manager please escalate this and email me the PDF? Is it really that hard??
