A glimpse of how the reservation system works in J&K. Let me tell you a story.
A girl appeared for NEET UG twice and could barely score 200. In her third attempt, she scored around 300. That same year she got an ST-2 certificate. Today she is studying at GMC Jammu.
Now look at her background. Her father is a government employee earning 1.5 lakh a month. Her mother is a government teacher. They own two cars, live in a good house, she uses an iPhone, and she studied at DPS.
Now look at the other side. A labourer’s son scores over 500 yet he isn’t even eligible for EWS.
One family has financial security, a comfortable life and access to opportunities. Another struggles for survival and even a score of 500+ cannot secure the same opportunities.
Tell me, what kind of social justice is this?
Reservation was meant to uplift the disadvantaged not perpetuate privilege at the cost of the poorest.
In Kashmir the already empowered are getting more empowered, while the children of the poor are left wondering what they did wrong.
Welcome to Kashmir. 💔
@dr_vancomycin U will get time in both. If u want to stay close to clinical fields ..anesthesia and if u hate them and don’t want to work long hours than patho
@ananth_pr@Harsh19_97@orrganicindia@iamsahilparray Bro no one is playing victim card. We all knw hw much crime prevails in india, its only for highlights how a crime if happening in Kashmir gets all together focus nothing else.
@orrganicindia@iamsahilparray Yes absolutely right and along with those killing common Kashmiris were also killed and are being killed since than and we are still paying. Bad times haven’t finished yet. What i was trying to put light on is how much attention is given based on just location of crime
@dr_tasadduk Hw mch free things bureaucrats and ministers enjoy. That should be termed as loss of public expenditure.
And Interns and residents should themselves take a strong call to this instead of relying on spineless national medical organisations exploiting doctors for their popularity
Aijaz Ahmad Dar a labourer from Kokernag, has returned home in a coffin. He left to earn a living but never made it back alive.
The only brother to seven sisters, Aijaz had gone outside Kashmir to support his family. Today seven sisters are left mourning the brother whose return they must have prayed for every day. 💔
Who will ensure the safety of Kashmiris? Who is responsible for his death? Who murdered Aijaz Ahmad Dar?
A poor Kashmiri went out in search of an honest livelihood and returned dead. His family deserves answers, not silence. We demand a thorough investigation, accountability and justice.
How many more Kashmiri families must be shattered before the safety of our people matters?
May Allah grant Aijaz the highest place in Jannah and give his seven sisters and family the strength to bear this unbearable loss.
@BhagwantMann please ensure that the family gets justice.

@dr_vancomycin If either of these 2 subjects genuinely interests u and don’t want to repeat a year in this rat race, it’s better to move forward. One year won’t matter in the long run if you end up in a specialty you love. Later on PDCET can open doors to top institutes.
@abhijatindia The day bureaucracy ends in india whether all india or state everyone will see india becoming better and developed in every sense. Most of them are nothing but menace and all u can see is rags to riches. Don’t know how come no one questions this
