You would need a combination of total Remigration and far right governments to fix this problem. Only the far right cares about White people and creating more of them. Punish those who don’t reproduce, massively reward those who do. Bombard the people with pro-family propaganda. The state should exist to serve the ethnic group it exists for. It should also push the people to make the individual/family decisions which benefit the ethnicity as a whole.
