Furthermore, the whole process, support has been unresponsive, showroom phone numbers don't answer, and there has been zero information about the condition of my car until we finished everything and got there.

So 6:30 pm and we drive home with no new car, $550 out of my pocket, a flat tire, 2 weeks of planning, 3 hours of driving, a wasted birthday, and 6 used days of leave between my dad and I. I have never in my life had a worse buying experience. This is not acceptable .
