What an amazing end to another great year yesterday was. Thank you to all the children and parents who have been a part of this year and good luck to our leavers. Who we know will go on to do amazing things.

All the year 6s received their responsibilities ahead of another busy year today. They are all going to contribute to our school this year in so many different ways.

Yew, Oak and Maple Class had a wonderful day meeting Rich Parker a professional in-line skater. Yew Class we’re lucky enough to get a go under his excellent tutelage. I want a pair of these for Christmas was heard many times.

Also another big well done to our yr4 and yr6 athletics teams who were marshalled superbly by Mrs Wedlake and finished 4th and 3rd in Somerset respectively. Well done to Sami who finished best boy in Somerset.

Also had bikeability in, teaching the first half of the year 6s how to be safe on the roads. Life lessons all round today in school.
