Why SM use Hearts and not Heart when it’s easier to pronounce? The reason is Heart in Korean is written as 하트 the pronounce is similar to ‘Hat’ & ‘Hate’ in English, to avoid misconceptions SM use ‘Hearts’ which pronounce as ‘Ha-chu’ to implement cuteness and softer character
