Minat masa kanak-kanak lo itu gak pernah benar-benar hilang, tapi hanya menunggu untuk ditemukan kembali.
Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat lo itu sebenernya cenderung stabil, terutama sejak usia remaja hingga usia dewasa. Minat terbentuk sejak dini melalui pengalaman bermain dan eksplorasi.
Namun saat dewasa, tekanan sosial, karier, dan tanggung jawab sering menekan minat tersebut. Nah karena stabilitasnya tinggi, minat “terpendam” itu mudah muncul kembali ketika ada waktu, sumber daya, atau kebutuhan emosional.
Misalnya ketika udah ada waktu dan uangnya, maka lo akan mencoba merealisasikan minat lo yang terpendam. Banyak orang dewasa yang merasa lega dan lebih bahagia saat kembali ke hobi masa kecil karena aktivitas tersebut sudah “tertanam” dalam sistem motivasi dan imbalan otak mereka.
