@itsskayliee @snapchatsupport I got the same problems after I reinstall the app!😭 Originally I thought it is my phone problem so I reinstall it and it becomes like that😭 However, the map problem just solved when I log out and log in again just few minutes ago but the Bitmoji problem still unresolved😭
