@tompowles1 When radiotherapy is omitted, TURBT becomes the sole local treatment modality. Achieving complete tumor resection via TURBT is the preferred approach whenever possible. For patients with T3a tumors (microscopic invasion of perivesical fat), TURBT may be a suitable option,
