In aviation they say: "don't look at the ground. look at instruments"
I feel the same when using AI to debug traces / logs now, it uncovered so much more than manual query.
@andy_matuschak was really inspired by your talk here https://t.co/S6PFr1Le2G and I am quite excited the Notion feature is putting your vision into practice

Coding agents might help us finally break out of two cages: the app model, which traps computing in one-size-fits-all silos; and programming as a specialization, which has crowded out cultures of imagination and domain insight.
The future of the product is any user can leverage coding agent to build a part of the functionality they want, effortlessly. I'm really excited about that future, decentralize software, no longer waiting the company to bring in the functionality you want.
Meet your Notion Workers!
They’re our hosted runtime for custom code, so you can extend Notion without running your own servers.
Workers let you connect directly to other tools’ APIs and automate what used to be manual handoffs, filling the gaps between your tools.
@swyx Lack of token distribution I'd say, no coding software coming out yet surprisingly. I don't know certain but I would bet money on each companies just build their in house version. 2B business for many reasons is not compelling in China comparing 2C, US is in reverse.
@dtrinh@GergelyOrosz It actually displays based on the current block type, `T` could be confusing as people may think of it's for text style adjustment
@GergelyOrosz It's two clicks away - it's changed from a visible "Turn into" line item from the menu to this - Is this what caused confusion or there's more? Happy to hear more and we'd love to improve the experience!!
@jennapederson@GergelyOrosz We hear you, sorry for the trouble. We should've made the UI transition smoother, and believe this Icon is not intuitive enough. We'll work on improvements, and please keep the feedback coming!
