The lawyer for California and one pedantic liberal panel judge continues to claim that the government database that determines citizenship is unreliable. The Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements database is the system of record for the United States. DHS routinely files system of record notices about the SAVE system database.

The US entitlement payments systems rely on SAVE to make trillions of payments across the United States. A DC district court has attempted to enjoin SAVE from being used for citizenship verification for election purposes but has no problem vouching for the reliability of SAVE when it comes to funding entitlements. Those who want non-citizens to vote and to get benefits cannot have it both ways. If SAVE is not reliable for determinations on voting eligibility then it should also be not used for entitlements.

Let me know when the lawyer for California and the liberal panel judge advocate for shutting down the entire US entitlement payments system.

Secondly, California says it's "IT guy" has opined that its too hard to determine who is a citizen and who is not. Imagine if the US used that same bogus California IT argument when States filed with the Federal government for the trillions of entitlement payments. One of the biggest election scandals in history has been the Democrats’ installation of a fake Dan Sullivan (not the US Senator) to deceive voters in Alaska. The corrupt media of course is not outraged at the lawless election manipulation but the effort to protect the lawful rights of Alaska voters. If a fake Republican Abdul Mohammed El-Sayed was ticket splitting with the real Muslim Brotherhood Abdul Mohammed El-Sayed the media would be apoplectic and the courts would fix the ballot. It cannot be defended which is why the media refuses to discuss what the lawsuit is actually about.

The City of Oakland approved measures allowing 16- and 17-year-olds and noncitizen parents, including undocumented immigrants, to vote in school board elections.

A California judge previously ruled noncitizen voting unconstitutional, although an appellate court later overturned that decision.

The City Attorney's Office was involved in advancing these measures despite serious constitutional questions.

The public deserves to know what legal warnings city officials received and whether they ignored them.

If laws were knowingly violated, heads should roll.
