@newstart_2024 Real issue with high heels is the ultra-narrow toe box. Many NYC women even had toe surgeries to fit into Christian Louboutin & Manolo Blahnik shoes. Sam Edelman works a bit better for narrow feet, but normal or XXXWide feet are stuck choosing comfort over style in ugly shoes.
