The AI ChatBot on Roblox Support doesn't help at all, it says it removed the passkeys and 2 fa but still it asks me for that when I try to revert my account back

I recently lost my roblox account randomly when I got logged out of all devices, When I try to log back back in, it asks me for authenticator and backup codes which I don't have because of my new phone, I Tried roblox support and they say that they removed the 2FA but they didn't

Currently I just have my email attached and I have billing purchases as a proof of my account ownership
I tried Roblox support and they removed the phone number off my account.
