For BTC Treasury companies it’s all about BTC per share if the BTC per share grows then dilution is good.

At a normal company, dilution = more shares chasing the same business = each share owns less of the pie. That is bad.

At a Bitcoin treasury company, dilution works opposite: they sell new shares, take the cash, and buy BTC with it.

So yea, share count goes up, but BTC share also goes up, because BTC accumulation is outpacing share issuance!

The only number that matters is Bitcoin per share! Watch that, ignore everything else.
