More robots ! Been looking around my server for old work to use for AI video input tests. This might be interesting . . #animation#robots#c4d#octane#mocap
@toyxyz3 I finally got this working last night. Had to move my comfy from linux but was worth it. Thanks for the generous share, this is awesome. Will post some screencaptures when ive done something nice with it
I just got invited to the Wonder Studio closed beta. thanks @wonderdynamics ! I have made a few robots the hard way so this is going to be alot of fun. https://t.co/WfsbPani2I
this is awesome, I think the faster movment suits Wonder Studio outputs better than walking. With slower movement I have noticed alot of foot slip. Come on @wonderstudio pony up with an invite ! - I'd love to try your wares
Wonder League: Where Technology and Talent Unite with @WonderDynamics! Brilliant tracking capabilities and a fun experience, with some post work on my end. A valuable addition to our #VFX toolkit. Details:https://t.co/WSccA3eq1L Can't wait to see what's next! #wonderstudio#mocap
@toyxyz3 I’ll stick with auto too but I’ll keep an eye on this. Vladmandic’s fork is supposed to address what some consider slow adaptations of some new technologies within Auto.
@TomLikesRobots nice research as always Tom. Ive been very busy with a big Houdini project recently and I am so very keen to get back into my RnD with controlnet Openpose + mocap. This is relevant, so thanks for sharing.
more from my human relationship series. The intermingling and conjoining is what I’m trying to exaggerate. Sometimes it's beautiful and sometimes its ugly and that feels fitting. #stablediffusion
Everyone who uses stable diffusion for world-building or character creation should follow toyxyz. Besides his Open pose blender file, I've learned so much from his tweets. Things I wouldn't have seen on twitter probably. Thanks ! #AI#blender#VFX
Anyway there will be more disscusions. I'll see if I can post more specific infos here if anyone is interested. I have a way bigger pressece on Instagram but the engagment and discusions and threads are nothing like twitter. Weirdly LinkedIn has lots of deep discussions too.
Ive been super busy on a Houdini project so havent posted in a while. I've got some interesting things to share. One of which was an invitaion to sit on the Industry Advisory Board discussing the impact of Generative AI on the creative industries #AI
If generative AI is embeded in our industry, I absolutely think students need to learn AI tools just like I would expect them to know Zbrush if they are to be character designers. It would take 20 mins for a canditate to be found out if if they tried to fake it in my studio.
by that I mean canditates who cant create something to specific direction, rather can generate a beatuful result more or less directed by AI. I expect alot of student to exit private tertiary institutions with beautiful portfolios but cant function in a commercial environment.
Hugely interesting afternoon. Most people in the room were using Midjourny as opposed to stable diffusion which I quickly prefered over all the others. I own and run a small independant VFX / Animation studio so one subject that is relevant to me is hiring empty canditates.
