@NewestOlympian wanted to address the XXXL elephant in the room 😉. The reason why Percy knew Clarisse’s shirt size because it said it on the shirt. My guess is Clarisse’s shirt said “Property of XXXL Camp Half-Blood.” It’s a common shirt style. Example below.
