@Ryanair Heads up! the refund application form is not working. I have been trying to request a refund online to avoid calling customer service and the refund tool and the form are not working.

@AmazonHelp I provided the information requested by the account specialist. The issue is my address. This issue has gone on so long, I now have a new address. The address on my locked Amazon account is old and I can not log in to update it. The bank statement I sent has the new address.

It is going on six months now and Amazon has not resolved my issues. Each customer service rep I speak to submits a form to an account specialist and the only responses I get are automated emails. Will someone from @AmazonUK @amazon please help me?

@AmazonHelp Yes, I am being asked to provide a billing statement showing the last 4 digits of my credit card and I explained to multiple reps and replied to the account specialist emails stating I am using a debit card and my bank does not send billing statements with debit card info on them
