@Cigna is the worst! I’m so tired of fighting them with my Emgality injections for my migraines. I’ve been on it since 2019 and every year I have to fight them to allow me to stay on it. Meanwhile I’m off my meds & my migraines are back. Sigh! 😔

Nice little scam @ArizonaDOT has going on. I registered my side-by-side in April and purchased the OHV decal. 2 months later, get my new plates and no OHV decal. I contacted MVD and they said it’s been too long to get free replacement, but for $5 they will send me a new one!!
