Plat 30 Spider-Man 2:

Not as good as the first one but still enjoyable. Big improvement in graphics and gameplay/combat from the first game but did feel the story was a little bit less interesting than the first. But still an enjoyable platinum and got the 100% as well.

Now onto the Resident Evil. Excited to get into this series and try to get the plat in all the main line games but also kind of nervous I’m not very good with horror games. Will plan to do a blind play through first for each as each one will require many play through for plat

It's crazy to me that we never got another single-player story pirate sim like AC4 ever again from Ubisoft, they really had the formula for a full pirates franchise like this and just never did it.

Assassin's Creed's classic combat system with those FIRE finisher animations will ALWAYS be superior to the new RPG damage numbers combat with enemies that take 50 slashes to defeat just because you don't have a purple sword.

We need a return to this.

Plat 29 Venba:

Another enjoyable game was nice and easy and had a very heartfelt story about moving to a whole different country and trying to hold on to your traditions/values and provide for your family. I recommend playing it and reading the dialogue. Now onto Spider-Man 2

A nice relaxing platinum and heartfelt story. Beautiful art design and music and combat was very smooth and had some enjoyable puzzle solving, would recommend. Next up is Venba then Spider-Man 2 and hopefully RE 2 remake to start off my first time playing RE series

@TrophyBandicoot Thank you, and yeah Simon is probably the hardest boss I’ve ever had to beat I found this video showing a party and build to basically one shot him in both phases so I just went to go find the pictos and weapons I didn’t have yet

Finally felt like I was never going to get this but after searching found a build that made Simon a cake walk. This game 100% deserves all the praise and the GOTY award definitely up there with one of the best games I’ve played ever

@thaJenks_ Thank you so much, yeah at first I was skeptical I’ve never really played turn based games before but I’m so glad I got this game the story is incredible and the combat is so much fun and rewarding, they’ve set the bar for what turn based games should be like
