@JJessbecuzz I got a Frigidaire from Walmart for about $200. It's shorter than a basic refrigerator, but the door opens like a French door freezer. I couldn't do a deep freezer where the my short butt could accidentally fall in. 🤣

My current mile is about 20 mins. Yeah, your girl is a slow runner. This means I need to shave off about 30 secs a wk in order to get down to that 13 min mile. Let's see if I can do this. 👟💨👟

I started running about 10 days ago with a goal of completing a Turkey Trot 5K/3mile in November in 40 mins. So in 13 wks I plan to average a 13 min mile, but would honestly be happy with a 15 min mile.

I went from a size small to a large in undergarments. Yes, I may have put on some lbs (but DAYM not that much), but I also believe that clothing companies continue to wage war on women's bodies and self-esteem. #WeAreMoreThanALabel #WomensBodies
