My brother has been dealing with this for a while now and it's really worrying us as a family. A few months ago these dark, raised marks started appearing on his chest and shoulder area out of nowhere. They look almost like scars or keloids but they're spreading and getting thicker. He's a fit guy who works out regularly, but this has him self-conscious and uncomfortable. Doctors in our area haven't given a clear answer yet.
Has anyone seen something similar on themselves or a family member? What could be causing this and what solutions worked for you? Any dermatologist recommendations, treatments, or home remedies that actually helped? Really appreciate any advice , we just want him to feel better and confident again.
