3. Payment pipeline: Chinese buyers → traders → USDT zapped to regime wallets → cash out OTC. No banks, no oversight. Just a shadow dollar system that bloated Maduro's hidden fortune.

4. Proof: Tether froze some evasion-linked wallets. Yet crypto kept Maduro afloat, funding his high life: 18M Dominican beach mansion, Florida pads, horse farms, 20-car garage (Mercedes, Cadillacs, exotics), $700M+ in seized jets & jewels.

5. Bottom line: Sanctions became a joke as crypto turned oil into Maduro's personal piggy bank.
