Two kinds of #lentils for our vegetarian dinner to go tonight. The common brown lentils combined with French green lentils. @wheatsville sells them in bulk.
Lentils are awesome complex carbs, provide plenty of protein and fiber, and essential minerals, like iron and folate.
@heb has a great selection of #beans at very good prices. A pound of beans (under $2) can easily serve a family of four for a meal or two. Beans are one of the best choices for complex carbohydrates, providing sustained energy and stamina for hours! 🙌🏼
