I received message from Airtel that my complaint is resolved.
But when I checked in Airtel thanks app it is still showing outstanding against my account.

@airtelindia Even after making payment for April'19 thru airtel_thanks app for my broadband service, your system has still not updated it. And I'm following up with customer service and billing department continuously, but still no success. It is really really frustrating...!!
