Purchased new Legion pro 5 on 27th march and a friend of mine found out that battery cycle 45 already.
Something is not good here. As per google it is a sign of used laptop sold. It is cheating

With the correct details only i was able to see my car and other details. So i proceeded further... and ended up with pain....And to make it worse they have customer service.

Wifi down since last 4 days. No action taken yet, but payment will be charged for entire month. To make it worst your customer care number is pathetic. Cant speak with a person, only IVR says we are working on issue with dedication.

Short circuit followed by 2 minutes fire. Complaint raised, they disconnected power after 20 minutes. BSES guy came and disappeared after 5 minutes. Entire lane is now without power. This pole is overloaded with poor wiring.
For any loss BSES will be responsible.

Short circuit every week followed by fire. Complaint raised, someone came to see and disappeared.
Informed Fire Department too.
If there is any loss of life n assets, bses will be held responsible for the same.
Open wiring and overloading is clearly visible.

Directly file a case in consumer court and save your time. Hope this helps.

What a nightmare. I raised my concern too but customer service is even worse. RE is now chinese product. Chali to chali warna koi guarantee nahi.
