@Zalando WORST EXPERIENCE WITH ZALANDO!!! Product returned on 9th march. After following up for almost 2 months now customer care is saying that package was empty. The package was expensive and I am asked to pay for the negligence happened at zalando’s end.Order# - 10206139637806

products from zalando. We returned the product as we received wrong product. If someone stole it during transportation then customer will have to bear the loss which is completely unacceptable. I ended up having no product and loss of 235 euros!

@Zalando When asked customer care to share the contact number for complaints, I was being given postal address of Germany to send a letter. Not expected from such a Technologically advanced company like Zalando. The process is painful and harassing for people who buys expensive

@British_Airways Hello.. I am travelling on 15th May from Mumbai to LHR. I would like to know the weight limit for my hand baggage. I have one cabin bag and laptop bag in addition to 2 check-in bags. The weight for cabin bag can be upto 23kgs?

Due to this COVID situation, people are scared of her as she doesn't use any mask. She has been roaming around in many ATMs in Thane East area. Request you to please look into this matter.

@ThaneCityPolice @TMCaTweetAway One lady is staying in the ICICI ATM under Godavari Society Thane East. She has been troubling us from past 2 weeks. She doesn't allow people to use ATM. When we stopped her from entering ATM, she started shouting at us and threatening us.
