I have complete proof including:
Activation timeline
FRP lock evidence
Packaging condition
Service centre confirmation of the phone being activated on 23rd March

Unable to properly reach Flipkart customer support for replacement / refund.

•The phone had an FRP lock enabled
• Device activation date already showed 23 March 2026 on Flipkart
• Same activation timeline was confirmed by the realme India service centre
So I paid for a NEW phone and received a USED/previously activated device.

The delivery executive opened the package in front of my parents, showed for physical damages, showed the box and contents, took the OTP and left.

When I personally checked the device later, I found:

• The box did NOT have an official Realme seal
