Had to cancel a @SouthwestAir vacation insured package, only to be told they are reimbursing only half my package fare. Very misleading insurance policy. Travelers beware.

@SouthwestAir purchased a vacation package w/ insurance, and had to cancel. Have not received refund since October 13th 2021. Keep getting passed off to someone else. Way to treat a loyal customer.....
