just came back from Bonaire & no where did i read/hear anything about “Plantage Bolivia”. Bolivia makes up 10% land mass on the northeast side of Bonaire. the land has been sold to a Dutch company that’s planning to build eco-resorts,1500 houses, agricultural & recreational areas

the level of colonial antics... their plan is literally to “restore” the Bolivia area where the Dutch used to have plantations centuries ago. hence “Plantage Bolivia”. Why would you want to “restore” a huge heritage site only to turn it into commercial plots 🤷🏾‍♀️🌚 the paradox

In case you’re wondering how big the land is... in comparison Washington Slagbaai National Park makes up 17% land mass. Bolivia is 10% land mass. this is an immensely land project that must be STOPPED BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY. it will destroy Bonaire’s nature in an irreparable way
