SOBRE LA DESOBEDIENCIA CIVIL

A propósito del anuncio que hice sobre un llamado a la desobediencia civil, hago un par de comentarios sobre las interpretaciones en algunos medios de comunicación, y las primeras reacciones del entorno de De la Espriella.

Advierto que se deja de lado la esencia del problema: la afrenta a la dignidad nacional. También se busca ignorar el cuestionamiento central. El candidato elegido debe aclarar si es colaborador o agente de un organismo de seguridad e inteligencia estadounidense.

La razón de este silencio es obvia. Lo que buscan ignorar es lo que les genera absoluta molestia. Es lo que precisamente quiero destacar: el inmenso peligro para nuestra soberanía.

Asimismo, intentan asimilar dos decisiones claramente diferenciadas. De un lado, el pronunciamiento sobre las formalidades del proceso electoral. En esta decisión me ratifico.

Y de otro lado, las obligaciones que genera la ciudadanía estadounidense, que son incompatibles para el ejercicio de la Presidencia en Colombia. Se trata de obligaciones, sobre las cuales ya se pronunciaron 20 exmagistrados en una comunicación pública.

Ese es el fondo del problema, que quieren ocultar y eludir.

Por eso en este caso, lo reitero, apelar a la desobediencia civil pacífica tiene toda legitimidad.
