Did a bit of research on Sicily for a possible holiday in 2010. Maybe a nice villa holiday, with a modicum of sightseeing (Mount Etna etc).

Read up on health benefits of avocados. They are good at lowering bad cholesterol (LDL) and boosting good cholesterol (HDL), supposedly.

Just ate an avocado, which was lovely. Ripened it using the trick of placing it with other fruit like bananas, which only learned recently!
