@DKatCQ my brother ended up having to go to another hotel passed midnight. Supposed to get a refund and now no responses whatsoever. Do not stay at this hotel. Supposed to be a home away from home and that was not the case.

@DKatCQ first time in St.Louis. Booked my brother a stay at this casino hotel and was a terrible experience. He arrived late and was greeted by the front desk lady who had terrible customer service skills….finally went to his room and it was already being used and not ready.

Worst service on @united for my father. On top of that in first class…..No coffee, no tea, couldn’t even wash your hands in the bathroom. And NO WATER. It was extremely awful 👎🏽
