Applied for a @CapitalOne venture card a month ago. Uploaded docs (SS card, license) online. They asked me then to mail the docs for confirmation. Now they’re asking me to mail/fax the docs a THIRD time and I cannot upload. Is it 1995?

@Lowes will not install a washing machine cause it was purchased in Yonkers and we live in the Bronx??? You should’ve told us that upon purchase or when l called to confirm. Mother of 3 can’t wash clothes or cook with this oven they wouldn’t install either. Worst #customerservice

@PNCBank told me that i could apply for forbearance for 3 months but then i'd owe all 3 months plus the 4th month's mortgage payment all at once in 4 months. 4 MONTHS at once instead of extending the term of the loan. My husband was laid off. Help
