FINALLY posted our first regular episode. We're still learning this whole editing thing, and the site of our first couple sessions has... interesting audio issues. Hope you'll enjoy it, though! We promise: we'll keep learning! https://t.co/ewTV9WxnCo
@ashleynhwarren QQ: pretty sure I've seen podcasts referring to using contented from #UncagedAnthology and was hoping to do the same. I'm checking in with individual writers if/when we use their content, but wondering what the protocol is, if any, for using this way. Thanks!
@KiennaS Awesome. Thanks! Will shoot a link to a recording your way to check out before we use it. Your work on table safety is super-inspiring, and we use our own method when recording (we don't livestream, so it's a little different). Really important to make sure everyone feels safe.)
Hey, @DungeonCommandr , @KiennaS , @mercyfuldm , and so many others: I love the work you're doing, and would love to record interstitials to play at the ends of our podcast episodes, calling out the awesome work you're doing, and pointing folks in your direction. Cool? Not cool?
@RivalsWaterdeep@Wizards_DnD And yeah, I know that @CarlosCrits is generating a lot of original (awesome) content within the Rivaldeep world, so maybe that's also a little different.
Curious what the protocol is for using modules in podcasts. Check for permission with creators first? Or is the thought that you bought it, you can use it? Want to promote the creators' work, but don't want to do so in a way the creators don't want.
Thinking, right now, of the stuff in #UncagedAnthology, but I'm sure it's going to come up in other cases as well. Like I know @RivalsWaterdeep is using WOTC material, but they're also sponsored by @Wizards_DnD (I think), so that's a little different.
@Drazillion Hi! We're planning to use "From the Forest They Fled" in our podcast. Love it so much. Wanted to check in to make sure that's cool with you. And, if you're open to it, we'd like to read out your bio from the anthology to encourage folks to check out your work.
