Ten years after we first started York bar billiards league, our 2023 season kicks off this evening, with more teams than ever before! Tonight our newest venue, Castle Snooker Club, hosts a tie between Castle 'B' and the Golden Ball, while the Phoenix take on York Brewery at home.

We're now inviting entrants for our singles and doubles knockouts. No need to already be in a team, just email [email protected] by 14 Jan to sign up. Max commitment is 1 match per month, at mutually convenient times.

It went right to the wire in last night's long-delayed 2019/20 Singles Cup final, but Stu Weston of @Knavesmirepub finally triumphed 4-3 over Ian Clish in a thriller at @AckhorneThe.
Now we're starting it all over again with the 2022 cup!
